We are born into a broken world, which inevitably means our childhood experiences are far from perfect. Too often it is easier to deny or downplay the impact of our childhood experiences, rather than name the truth of how our hearts were harmed.
Story Work is an invitation to pour life into the dry and thirsty places of our soul by engaging the wholeness of our stories, both the brokenness and the beauty.

I'M HERE TO HELP
For years, I lived with the hope that the next life stage would bring me the peace and fulfillment I so desperately longed for!
Instead, I found myself caught in an ever-growing web of disappointment and shame. I had no idea how, nor the courage, to name how the brokenness of my past was affecting me and holding me back from living a life of freedom and wholeness.
That is, until I found support and a community to help me process my life, story by story. They helped me to turn the all too familiar and harmful coping mechanisms and negative self-talk, into patterns of honor and care for my body, heart and soul!
